Our cookies are baked and immediately heat sealed in cello bags for ultimate freshness. Upon receipt, they will stay fresh for 5 days in a cool room. Do not place them near a heat source or in a sunny spot. The best place to keep them is in the refrigerator where they will stay fresh for up to 10 days. You can put them in a freezer and they will last for up to 1 month. Some people like to eat them frozen, however, we like to thaw them at room temperature before eating. To get a fresh from the oven taste, pop them into a preheated 350 oven for 3-5 minutes before eating, or microwave them for 12 seconds.

Yes! We are a dedicated gluten free facility. There is no wheat in our facility at all so there is no risk of cross contamination.
The most common allergens that you will find in our products are eggs, butter, nuts and peanuts. We use only the finest ingredients and do not add any preservatives. We do not add any soy to our products. The only soy that is in our products is soy lecithin which is in some of the chocolate that we use. We do keep walnuts, pecans and peanut butter on premises. If you or the recipient have any allergies to any of these ingredients, we suggest not eating our products.
Orders placed before 11am CST can generally be ready for same day shipping. For orders over five dozen, please allow at least 24 hours to prepare your order to ship, Please call us at 414-491-5885 or email us at email@example.com for any questions about larger orders.
Absolutely! While we do receive most of our orders through our online ordering system, we do love it when our customers call us! We also can take orders via email. However, if you wish to place an order for pickup at our New Berlin facility, please call us so we can arrange a time in which your order will be ready for you.
We are usually able to accommodate same-day orders placed before 11am CST. Please call us at 414-491-5885 and we will be able to confirm whether your order is possible for same-day pickup.

Yes! You may add a short message to your order free of charge. The Naked Baker reserves the right not to print a gift note that is deemed inappropriate, profane or offensive by our staff. Please note that the message printed on cards is transferred directly from your online input. If you make a typo, it will appear exactly as you wrote. We do not change spelling or punctuation.
The Naked Baker cannot guarantee shipping or arrival dates once the cookies leave our bakery. If you need cookies to arrive on a set date, please allow enough time to account for any shipping delays and place your order early. Address labels are generated straight from your online order. What you input online will be transferred directly onto the shipping label. If you provided an incorrect address or the package is refused by the recipient and the package is returned to us, you will be notified. We will not refund your money as we fulfilled our end of the deal. If you want, we will provide new cookies at 1/2 price, however, you must pay the full price on shipment costs. If for some reason The Naked Baker created the label and made an error on the package, we will either refund your entire cost or ship a new package with freshly baked cookies at no charge to you.
We stand by our products. If you are not satisfied with your product, please notify us and we will refund your money. If there is a special problem, we may request that you ship the product back to us at our expense.
We begin processing orders as soon as we receive them. For this reason, returns, refunds, modifications or cancellations are not allowed on any shipping order. To change a local delivery or pick up order, please call the bakery and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes we do donate to charities. We can only donate a predetermined amount per month to charities however. If you would like to request a donation, please email us at email@example.com 6-8 weeks before the event. Letters, phone calls and email requests at the last minute are rarely possible to fulfill. Please understand that we are not able to donate to every organization that asks. The Naked Baker wishes your organization success with the event.
