Our cookies are baked fresh to order, packaged by hand and delivered fresh to your door.
To ensure your full enjoyment of our delicious cookies, please carefully review our ordering and shipping policies.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail depending on the destination. We do not offer shipping options that will keep cookies in transit for more than three days. Our cookies have a shelf life of 10 days at ambient temperature when kept in airtight packaging.
We ship cookies Monday through Thursday We ship only if your order will be delivered the same week. We won’t ship your cookies if there is a risk that they will be sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. We want them to arrive to you as fresh as possible.
Overnight shipping is available. Please call us at (414) 491-5885 for shipping rates.
We don’t ship internationally.
PLACING YOUR ORDER
We make every effort to bake, package and ship your order on the same day. All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 12PM CST will ship out the same day. If your order is received on Thursday to be shipped to a three-day transit zone, the order will be held until the following Monday for baking, packaging and shipping.
The length of time it takes us to ship your order can vary depending upon when the order is placed. (If your order is placed on a Thursday afternoon, it will be baked, packaged and shipped the following Monday.)
To ensure that you receive your order by the time you need it, you can place your order up to 25 days in advance. Simply let us know when you need it by leaving a delivery date in the comments area of your order.
Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping or arrival dates. We strongly recommend that you schedule your order to arrive at least one business day before your desired arrival date to allow for any unforeseen delays. Cookies can be refrigerated or frozen upon arrival to preserve freshness.
The Naked Baker cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address, or lost stolen or damaged packages
HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
We will send an order confirmation along with tracking information to the email address provided with your order once the order has processed for shipment. You will receive this information the same day the order is shipped.
If you do not receive an email, please check your junk mail folder and add email@example.com to your safe senders list.
