No more grainy, sandy, dry baked goods!  Our gluten-free flour blend will change the way you bake forever.  Our simple blend of rice flour, potato flour, tapioca starch and xanthan gum will transform any recipe into a delicious gluten-free treat.

So many gluten-free products have a grainy, sandy, dry texture.  This texture is what makes them so different from their traditional counterparts and frankly, gives gluten-free a bad name.  We knew we could change that bad taste and texture by refining the flour blend, so we got to work experimenting with many different options and varieties of gluten-free flours.  Finally, after much trial and error, we narrowed our choices down to four – rice flour, potato flour, tapioca flour and xanthan gum.  Next we focused on refining the ratio formulation.  Our math skills came in handy as we constantly adjusted the percentages until we got it just right.

We are very proud of our gluten-free flour blend that enables us (and now you!) to endlessly create delicious baked goods that are undetectably gluten-free.  When you use our flour blend, you will want to use a bit less as it is not a 1-to-1 replacement.  We typically use 10-15% less, so for every cup of wheat flour that you want to replace, use 2 Tablespoons LESS of The naked Baker gluten-free flour blend.
